Electronic Courtroom Presentation
An experienced trial technician works on-site at trial, mediation, or arbitration to make effective electronic presentation of evidence. Support is also available for online trials as well.
Demonstratives/Graphics Creation
A professional graphic artist develops graphs, charts, timelines, and other tools to help jurors’ understanding of complex topics and other evidence. Materials can be delivered electronically or in print.
Consultations

Video Tech Services
Deposition Videography
We offer remote or in-person HD video services with options for incorporating exhibits into the video for a picture-in-picture final product.
Legal Videography
We also do site inspections or “Day in the life” videos to help set the scene for jurors or other fact finders.
Video Editing
Services include video deposition synchronization with transcript and clip creation for playback at trial; editing surveillance video footage to include features such as spotlighting, highlighting, and enlargements; and custom projects following a consultation to assess your needs.
PARTNERS
Eric began his career in the corporate/broadcast video field. For more than a decade now he has applied his videography, video editing, and technical skills to help litigators electronically present their evidence at trial. Eric is always a valued member of the trial team, well-known for staying cool under pressure while meeting deadlines and challenges.
Mike is a former litigation paralegal with more than 20 years of experience in the areas of personal injury, products liability, intellectual property, and medical malpractice litigation. He is trained in trial presentation software and certified in legal videography, carrying the distinguished designation of Certified Deposition Video Specialist by the American Guild of Court Videographers. Along with Mike’s technical abilities, clients value his personal touch approach in the courtroom.
Neal started work in the litigation support field in 1997. He has experience in jury/trial consulting, legal videography, and trial presentation project management. Neal is typically our clients’ first point of contact and helps attorneys assess the most appropriate and cost-effective support necessary to meet the goals of our clients.
